MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Request for the closure of mts connection account no.- [protected] mts no -[protected] immediately

I shall be living kolkata in ist week of April 2017 . So I want to close the connection at the earliest .My account no is[protected] & mts no is [protected] .I have no complain against the connectivity but as I will be shifting to Delhi in the 1st week of April 2017 .The wi fi connection is not needed .So my request is to close the connection immediately .
