MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — sending bills after full payment done on 29th july, 2017 for the data card no. [protected]

I am sanjoy dutta - owner of 'duttson international' for which the abovenmentioned data card is registered in mts - kolkata circle. I have made all payments cleared by cheque and netbanking and lastly through paytm wallet as the customer care instructed before due date. But, the mts comapany till sending bills though my connection was closed instantly in end july, 2017. The mts customer care cannot give a specific reason for this. Please end the matter as soon as possible and give us a relief from this hankypanky.
