Myself Muralidharan Gopalan just want to make clear to you I have not used the MTS internet service for the past 3-4 months and my usage is Nil.
But couple of months back i got a threatening call from MTS representative in most inappropriate language to pay bill for which i not used internet
Then to finish I paid 1200 RS and asked to disconnect the services as i am not using MTS connection anymore.
Again this month i got Bill for 2400 and getting threatening calls again from MTS to pay the bill but this time i will never ever pay single money as i never used the MTS internet connection.
Kindly disconnect the my MTS connection Account no: [protected] MTS Datacard No: [protected] as your customer care representative is not in mood to do the disconnection.
I just want to make sure to you that if still my connection is not disconnect and if i get any calls for bill pay i will file a case against you for threatening, harassment and cheating for money. Was this information helpful? |
