I was using the mts data card for approximately for more than 2 years. During last apr & may'17 their speed was almost nil (3g) and various complaints made in in their customer care number [protected] for which they responded with a standard answer of "will do correct the problem" but 'never' did that. Hence i held back the payment of rs.689/- (For 10 gb/month). Two months we were using "other data" services due to this. My family was getting 30-40 calls daily from different mobile numbers claiming calling from mts sistema and "threatening" to pay the bills for avoiding "consequences" to us?! Now they claim, they have record o[censored]sage of all 10 gbs at their end and pushed us to 'lok adalath"hearing! One sunder at sistema shyam has been asked to contact. When did he spokes like a 'goon' to us. Customers, beware of all my"agony"for the last 3 months. My"n"umber of mails to mts customer care has got a"standard"reply of"you pay the amount" immediately without hearing my problems. This is india. All this mncs are f... Kg us properly.
