i want to inform you that my mts speed is very low i am facing this issue from 2 weeks but due to lack of time i didnt complaint. but now i really frustrated by using low speed.so you resolve this issue or i complaint to TRAI.
i also contacted with your cusomer care but they didnt resolve the issue and disconnected chat session.
so if you cannt resolve this issue within 2 days then i will not pay and will file a case in consumer forum also.
