[Resolved] Mts — Speed Slowness Issue | |||
I bought the MTS wifi device ZTE AC3633 with the postpaid connection about a month ago. At starting i was facing some slowness that has been resolved. But now after a month the speed is that bad that i can't even open the google homepage. I called the customer they open a service request (NOV/5681) and that they have closed without resolving the issue. Then i again called and opened a new service request(NOV/6593) and they promised to resolve the issue within 20 working hours but its over a week i didnt get any response. Daily i'm making 2-3 calls to the customer care and each and every time they are saying that they will escalate the issue but nothing happening. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Dear Neeraj, I too had exactly the same problem you are facing. U can view my complaint here in this website for details. MTS will never resolve the speed issue, but simply close our complaints by sending sms "issue has been resolved". You will get monthly bill without fail. If you don't pay the bill they will call you daily 2-3 times. Take this problem seriously as MTS are cheating people with poor Internet speed.
