Dear Sir,
I am using 3G data card of MTS no. given above. I am not getting the
speed for last 10 -15 days. I have selected the plan of 10 GB usage.
as on date Balance available is 3993.3 MB-N. Even though I am not
getting the speed of 3G. A small downloading like Mozila Firefox took
95 minutes, it was started @ 7.am morning but it could not complete
the downloading one software.
It is never disclosed / informed / clarified while marketing and also
not disclosed on your bill print also.
On talking to customer care it is learnt about Day & Night time
consideration adopted by the MTS is as under
Day 8.0 AM to 12.0 PM = 16 hours
Night 12.PM to 8.0 AM = 8 Hours
After paying for 3G speed we are not getting speed is cheating with
customer. Timings adopted by MTS is also wrong.
General meaning of Day & Night means equal timing of 12 Hours each. Where
as time consideration adopted is also miss representation / leading
and wrong adoption of
Time schedule and is nothing but cheating with consumers.
Please consider equal timing sharing in day & night with equal GB distribution.
If it is not considered as requested it will be reported to consumer
forum. Please note.
