Mts — Unethical behaviour, poor data speed and excessive billing | |||
I was using MTS data card (Mblaze- no. [protected]) since March 2015. I was fed up with poor data speed despite a plan promise of 1mbps speed and I was being billed Rs618 per month. Therefore, I requested customer care to convert my plan into prepaid with better speed. I barely used my data card in April and my data card was closed. Post that I started getting calls and mails regading payment of two months bill. I wrote to MTS customer care and applete.del regarding my concern on billing and excessive caling from MTS staff for payment of bills. The matter was pending. However, I started getting threating calls from MTS staff, one such call came from Mr. Durgesh (working with MTS at Okhla Phase I). He threatend to pay the bills otherwise coercive action would be taken against me. It became ugly, when they stated calling my wife and threatening to pay otherwise they would send recovery agents at my home. Such unethical behaviour, poor services and excessive billing is absolutely unwarranted. After lot of persuason and dialouges with MTS, I got fed up and reporting the same to consumer complaints.
