I have sent two mails to mts but haven't got any reponse -
I have purchased mts dongle on 25 feb and till 27 i had used max to max 6gb but in the 27th night when i checked my balance it was showing as zero. I dont know how it was showing zero balance when i had used approx 6gb only.
Also after this i made a recharge on 28th morning at 12:36 a.m. of amount 499 but at that time the wifi was not working, it was showing as connected in my cell but i was not able to surf in the net. I spoke to the customer care executive also they said me to wait till morning.
I spoke to them again few minutes back when i saw that 2.2 gb of balance got deducted from my account out of which 675 got deducted at the same time when i recharged my account though i have not used that also they agreed that 1.5 gb got deducted by mistake.
I don't understand how the balance can be deducted unnecessarily without any usage, are you trying to fool us by showing us attractive advertisement also the internet speed i am getting right now is less then 20 kb/s, slower than a 2g network.
I am really sick off from the service of mts.

I am not able to understand how the balance from my account is drastically getting deducted. Today early morning at 1:00 balance in my account was 2800 mb and now at 11:20 the balance is showing 1200mb.
I dont understand how, when i would have used only maximum 100mb, the balance deduction is showing 1600mb.
I had send one more mail 24 hrs back regarding the same problem and i have not yet got the responce of that.
I feel that there is fraud which mts is doing with me, if this problem can't be resolved I have to make a complaint in consumer Court and have to deactivate the service with mts. Was this information helpful? |
