Mts — Unsatisfactory redressal of the issue by MTS & unfair billing

I held a MTS Postpaid Dataconnection ([protected]) which I stopped using from Feb 2015. I sent out a email communication on 25th Feb 2015 to disconnect the service as of 1st march and cleared off all dues till end of Feb''15. On 10th of March 2015 I called up the customer care to confirm on the disconnection when I found no response to my email communication and found that the connection was not disconnected. I again requested the operator to disconnect the connection, but came to know in April that the connection was still active when I received a bill for March''15.
Based on my email complaint to the appellate, the bill of 518 was reversed and the connection was disconnected. But now a new bill has been generated for the month of April for 430 and has been harassing me through continuous calls, SMS''s, mails & final Notices. All my subsequent communication to the MTS Appellate has been left unattended.
I am filing this complaint against this unsatisfactory redressal of complaint by MTS and to find a resolution to the issue.
