Mts — Unwanted caller tunes activation automatically

THE ACTIVATION OF THE CALLER TUNE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I keep getting calls from the MTS customer care. I pick the call the disconnected after that it actomatically actiavted the caller tune to my number [protected], within one hour it should be deactivated or I will port this number. worst service ever. pls do the needful at the earlist.
