Mts — Very bad customer care. Delay in disconnection

My MTS data card number is [protected].
I have been sending mails, trying to contact their customer care for disconnection of data card. The custoemr care put me on hold for 15 minutes withoug result. This happened 3 times. Each time they put me on hold for long time and come back saying there service advisor is busy. Then they said they will arrange the call. I have never received their call. I feel cheated, first with buying their data card which does not give desired speed. Not i have to simply pay monthly rental because they are delaying disconnection.
I want them to immediately disconnect the services.
