I purchase MTS wifi connection 1 month back. In first week of purchasing I got very good speed. But since den I'm getting avg speed of 300KBPS.
I register a complaint on 26 June and they said "Every thing is fine @ our end"
Every time I asked to resolved my issue, they send their predefined email template.
They haven't resolved my complaint yet
