I purchased a wifi dongle from MTS about 3 months back. I had been promised 40 GB plan with a speed of above 9mbps while I purchased the connection. I have lodged several complaints with MTS customer care as well as written to appellate several times. But the response is so bad that these people a almost shameless against the voice raised by their customer. It seems there is no fear of laws and regulations made for customer protection.I feel very helpless.
