[Resolved] Mts — Very poor speed | |||
I am using MTS M-Blaze Ultra ([protected]) since last three months and from the date the connection started am having terrible speed issue from the 1st day, I was getting reasonable speed in late night till morning and negligible speed from morning onwards till 11.50 PM night hence I lodged a complaint SEP/51481 dated 21.09.2014 and I was assured that it will be rectified ASAP, then after 4-5 days, they told me that they are having some updation in my area and it will be rectified in 4-6 weeks. MTS marked my that complaint as resolved, due to this speed issue I was not able to use my quota free data.. I waited for 06 weeks, then next month the speed I was getting in night has too gone negligible and coming on its wish that is now the speed is good only for late nights from Monday to Friday and in all days its again negligible including Saturday, Sunday nights also then I again lodged a complaint NOV/19252 dated 11.11.2014 and again it was confirmed to me that the issue shall be resolved by same day. But again same words comes from MTS that some updation is in process and MTS shall revert shortly and marked my complaint as resolved. This month too my lots of GBs expired unused. Now again they come with same excuse and provided a new complaint DEC/2876 dated 02.12.2014. I had approached to their Appelllate Authority as well, but nothing has been done. Alo I had been charged late fees on fault of MTS, I had made all billed amount payment online at theie site link well before 02 days i.e. 01.11.2014 well in advance (due date 03.11.2014) but it got failed and I just came to know about this failure after repeated follow-ups for the payment from MTS, I told them that payment has been made and I provide them the proof also which I got in my mail from CCAvenue dated 01.11.2014 Order Number: P66336801b14 and told them once I get the refund from your payment gateway partner I shall pay the bill and they confirmed over phone that there will be no late fee charge in this case reference mail 467885. Later I made payment on 06.11.2014 after getting my payment reversal in my account. But MTS billed my late fee charges for the same after so many facts given but it is denied that they don’t have received any complaint for the same- reference number for this e-mail is 500535, I don’t understand what type of complaint and facts MTS wants even I had sent them various speed test results date to date basis along with proof of the failed payment made well in advance.
