[Resolved] Mts — Very Poor Speed on MTS Data Card | |||
I am holding a MTS Data Card for more than 6 Months now, they are providing very slow speed on Internet Services but they assured me as I will get more than 3.2MBPS always during the Demo. Now I am getting less than 200KBPS of speed, I have sent several complaints to MTS team. They are not responsive and not sure how to fix this issue. My Data Card number is [protected] Very poor customer care not addressing the customer complaints. Please escalte to MTS Management to get this fixed. They are cheating the people of India.
