Hi, I had purchased the MTS 3G WIFI data card on 28/02/2015. While buying I was promised for refund within 3 days, in case o[censored]nhappy with the services. The data card got activated on 3/3/2015, on 4/3/2015 the request for cancellation and refund was send through the email. I got a response on 14/3/2015 that refund will not be processed, as its already more than 15 days. Since then i have been following it up with them, but no success. On the call made to the customer care on 29/03, i was told that i am eligible for refund and the same will be issued within 3 working days. Still no action has been taken by the company.
