I am facing connectivity problem since so long and whenever I registered a complaint, it starts properly. My billing cycle is 1st of every month. It has already 9 DAYS gone from the cycle start. But I didnt get any connectivity till date. I have filed complaint on 2nd September at there customer care center(Complaint No. SEP/2247). They have informed me that we will call you in working hours only(What they defined working hours is 9 am to 6 am). But they called me on Sunday noon, stating that we can call you at any time but your complaint solving hours is 9 to 6 only. Moreover they have comfirmed me when I have asked that how much time it will take to resolve my query. They said that 24 working hours(Which they count as 6 Working days). I dont know its just a connectivity problem and they are not giving proper answer for problem. I am feeling so CHEATED that I am paying my hard earn money for those service which I am not using.
Please help me by compensate what I have had beared for.
