I am called MTS customer care multiple times to deactivate my MTS WiFi data card services [protected]. They are attending the call and asking me all the details, at last they says we are transferring your call to supervisor for deactivation and then the long wait starts. They will transfer but no one will pick the call for 10-15 mins. Only once somebody picked he too disconnected the call without taking my complaint. I don't want to pay the bill anymore coz for the last month too without using the services(connectivity issue) I have to pay the bill.
