Mts — Worst customer care services and fake promises to customers. | |||
I am really frustrated about the services of MTS Chennai. They are not ready to contact with me in single person. I have raised many queries to them regarding my Data card issues from Day one. But they are not solving till now. I never met these type of customer care irresponsible works. Was this information helpful? | |||

You are 100% correct. MTS provides the worst customer service. They know how to launch a new complaint, but don't know how to resolve them. I am going to fire a complaint against MTS in consumer forum. They are cheaters.
