I have purchased an Mts mblaze untra wifi dongle bearing the number [protected], on 14th january 2015 and it was not activated till 19/01/2015 and 20/01/2015 i got a confirmation call and sms stating that my line got activated. and i called the customer care and launched on 21st jan and they registered my complaing and today on 22jan i again contacted the customer care and they are telling it will take another 24 hrs to resolve.
I am very much hurted inside due to this incident and i request mts to improove and resolve customers problems asap in future.
i would like to mention that my initial validity is for 15 days on that i 3 days have gone already, so this is the meaning and showing how they respect the consumers and also the customer. is mts is going to waive those three days or the upcoming day for non activation of my line.
And the mts customer care dont have the facility to resolve some problems over the phone techincally.
I really feel heart pain in this regard.
