Mts — WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER MET | |||
I had got a MTS data card 4 months back. and right from the first day it had speed issues, so i raised a complaint . wt they do is they keep forwarding my issue telling ur complaint is in forward state plz wait... i kept waited and suddenly got a msg texting your complaint has been resolved. They i raised a complaint again like 5-6 times, the same thing was happening. I was even mailing for mts support...but not even a single reply... 4 months i have paid my bill for using nothing.. i get speed of 5kb/sec wt do i do with this.. so what i did was i started recording all their calls and messages...and kept collecting whatever i get... now still the same problem...i call and raise the complaint...they forward and resolve the complaint ... My question is why do they need to provide service if they cant take care of their customers... . . . . I have complainted in consumer court even with all the proofs... . . . u vl be busted Was this information helpful? | |||
