Mts — Worst internet connectivity and worst customer service

Hi All, Please note that I purchased a MTS Mblaze internet dongle for Rs.999. When I am in chennai, I was not able to connect beyond .4 Mbps. I made a complaint and then I went to coimbatore. When I was in coimbatore, they did a speed test and it showed that the speed was 1 mbps. I agree that the speed was fine in coimbatore. I went to chennai again and got very slow internet, i called customer service for about 10 times and they are simply saying that they will attend and till date no one attended to me. They are using the test report took in coimbatore and then saying that the connection is fine. It takes 3minutes to download 1mb file. Is this what is called as 9.8mbps connectivity speed. They are really cheating me. I have requested for refund of dongle and they refused that also.
