Mts — Worst response and action not taken regarding my complaint 9969 | |||
I was facing connectivity issue with my MTS data card [protected] for past 30 days. Hence I have opened an compliant on 23 Feb, 2015 and got an feedback the compliant will resolved in 22 hours. Still it was not resolved, but got message that issue was resolved. On contacting customer care they simply said that they have called my but I didn't responded. It was very Worst response from them.
