Mts — Wrong Plan Activation and Wrong usage details of the other plan.

I had bought two MTS dongles on 8th November 2014. I got the televerification call on 11th November 2014 and I asked the executive to start the 999 40GB postpaid plan on both the dongles. He took down the numbers and all other details. But he activated the 12GB plan for the dongle with the number [protected]. After a week I get a message saying that I have exhausted the 12GB and the speed was being reset to 64kbps. I called the call center on 19th November 2014 at 7PM and I had to keep waiting till 7:30PM and still I got no reply. I exhausted my talktime balance on my phone waiting for them to answer. I recharged my phone and again called then at 11:30PM and then they answered.I told them the problem. They said that they cannot change the plan in the middle of the billing cycle and I had to keep the 12GB plan till 1st DEC 2014. After realising that the plan could not be changed I asked him to check what my usage on the 12GB plan. He checked and replied it was 8GB. So now MTS is not letting me even use the wrong plan they have activated on my phone. They have raised a complaint to their IT department now who said they will call in 22 working hours. And solve the speed issue. I do no think I will get any assistance for another 3-4 days at least. I do not understand why the customer service at MTS is so bad.
