This is with reference to my Order Confirmation No. is [protected]. fom the MTS eshop site. I had ordered MTS M blaze ultra Wifi DF800 through the MTS website on 17th Nov, 2014. On 19th Nov, I received a different product which was from ZTE Company but I had ordered the Dongle which is from Lava Company. I received this product from the retailer "think o[censored]s". This is a clear case of cheating from MTS India.
I have been following up for this with you for more than 3 months now with no resolution yet.Just look at the number of follow-up mails, I have sent you more than 80 reminders with a hope that, the product would get replaced or refunded.

What a pity. On January 20th an MTS person came to me to replace the product with the same product. He told me that he does not have the lava product which was supposed to be handed over to me in exchange of the zte product which is with me.
Then after continuous follow up and waiting for many days, on Feb, 19, 2015, an MTS person, Dinesh, came with a post-paid dongle to replace with my pre-paid dongle. He tried to convince me to accept the post-paid dongle and told me that he would convert this post-paid dongle to a prepaid dongle after 3 months to which I did not agree as I needed replacement of prepaid dongle with prepaid dongle only. Then he promised me that by next day 12 PM, someone would visit me to replace my prepaid dongle with prepaid dongle only. However, nobody came to me from that day. Can things get any worse than this?
On 22nd Feb, 2015, , an MTS person, Atul called me up to understand the situation. I clearly make him understand the entire situation. He assured me that, on 23rd feb, 99% chances are that, my dongle would get replaced . But nobody has come to me yet.
I have written many mails to you with a hope that, It would get replaced but no resolution yet.
Please replace/refund on urgent basis
