Ref: G4-61149/2014/E Dated 05.01.2015 of DPC EKM I have registered a complaint from Mr. Sreejesh Kamalan, Asianet Satellite Communication Ltd., Kalathil Complex, Palace Road, Aluva, Ernakulam (Dt.) stating that he has been ordered a Lenovo S850 (Pink) Mobile Phone (Reference No. 78188, Order PJPZPVSZF) on 13.12.2014 and paid a sum of Rs. 11772/- through ICICI but the item not yet received till date. Several calls have been made from your team through the numbers [protected], [protected] on several times. The complainant already posted the same complaint in the same manner.
