Mulyashop.com — Neither deliver the Mobile set and nor refunded our amount after expiry of four months.

I have ordered to mulyashop.com, Our Order No. ZPTVDVXIM Ref. No. 78005 placed on 23/12/2014 for Spice MI-506 Stellar Mettle Icon Dual SIM Android Mobile Phone, White-Silver and paid for Rs.4, 991/- through our ICICI Credit Card. As per their terms of delivery, they shall deliver the items within 4-5 days, but after numerious followup by email and telephonically, i have not received the items after expiry of one month . I have cancelled the order on[protected]. They are showing the amount refunded on[protected] on website in my user id. But we have not received the refund amount till date. Thanking you.
