Mumbai Foreign Post Office — Not realising my parcel

My brother has sended me 3 parcel
From (Saudi to India)date of 18/12/2020 but out of 3 I have received 2 parcel date of 2/1/2021my one parcel custom are holded, but why they can holded parcel they can't updated me
So I have visited on 11/1/2021for foreign post office there some officers at told me they will released my parcel with in a two days
But yet still I can't get it any parcel

I have taken there some contacts no.
But no one can receiving the call
Or some no. Are busy always

So plz helps as who can I get my parcel
