This parcel had reached the mumbai office around the 9th of december. It was sent by my brother from australia as a christmas surprise for my kids and he had already paid the shipment charges before sending it. Despite this, they are asking us to pay inr 10, 000 duty charges to collect the parcel and it literally doesn't contain any commercial goods. Literally just some confectioneries and a couple of clothes. I have e-mailed them nine times regarding this but all in vain. I haven't received a single response from them.
