I had applied for Document verification on MU website (univ.secur.co.in) on 26th Oct 2022 with Application ID 5519 and also paid required fee through UPI of Rs. 1041. On 29th I received a mail to edit my year on passing and Semester which was also done on 30th Oct 2022,

Since than i haven't heard anything from MU nor they are responding to any mails or calls. On their website its mentioned that the process takes 7-10 working...

The university has given multiple wrong papers to students from different majors, the sociology majors paper 8 examination was abruptly postponed after all the students arrived at the examination hall and filled answer booklets
Please give us passing marks instead of holding a re-exam after a whole week.
This is truly unfair.

My Application number for the Duplicate mark sheet on the website https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/ is [protected]. I submitted all the forms and attached the documents on 10th October 2022 still I have not received the Duplicate Marksheet. The time for a Duplicate mark sheet is 15 days. The completion date for the request on the website is showing as 5th January 2023 !!! Why is it taking more than 3 months to get a duplicate mark...

I haven't got my bms degree from University, in my marksheet there was RLE written and I was asked by my college (Smt.MMK) to fill some form after that they told me that my degree will be sent by the University after some time but it's been a year or so I still haven't got any update...

I had applied for duplicate marksheet on 13 August 2022 and made the payment for the same. On aaple sarkar website the application status is showing "forward" since the 20 days with no other update... Tried calling on Aaple sarkar helpline and executive is asking for to fill appeal form.
My application form has now an "appeal form" which asks wierd details and I have no idea how to fill it nor there was any instruction regarding this...

I have submitted Verification of marksheet (dated 1997) request No 4333 to Mumbai University website on 9 August 22 (a month back) . They raised query on name of father missing by a letter.
I met the head of verification and explained to him the situation along with display of originals. He approved the same to his subordinate

Almost every day I try to call up the university to enquire about Bcom certificate verification, it has been 5 to 6 months but never have they ever picked up the phone. I have also tried to write a mail to them, and yet I haven't got a reply. How can the university not answer phone calls? Not even one! I call up 10-15 times a day and never has anyone ever picked up the phone. And mind you, this is during office hours on working days....
