I ordered a Samsung Mobile & Bluetooth from Munafa Co. on dated 26.08. 2016, which OID is MUN301162 and total value of product in amount. is INR. 999.00, which was delivered to me on dated 30.08.2016 . But unfortunate product was found defective . Then i Complained to the MUNAFA'S Customer Care and I followed all the instructions which gave by the MUNAFA as per mail & telephonic communication, and I had already sent back the Product to Company on dated 29.09.2016. through Tracon Courier.
