Munafa.com — Damaged product from munafa online site

I am purchase a samsung 20000 mah power bank from munafa.com online site. But power bank fully damage. I have already communicate by email the same date of delivery and all communication in mails. Munafa customer care executive are not pick up my call last 05 days and no reply in my mail.

Munafa.com is not refund my money and not returned damage power bank.

Munafa.com online site is fake site.

I request india consumer complaint board please blocked site of munafa store at your end and legal action for this site and online shopping.

Any way i am going consumer court for complaint of munafa store.
