we are the original thika tenant got Mutation Certificate after the death of my father Giridhar Pandey iPn the name of Vijoy kr Pandey, krishna kr andey Binod kr pandey, sanjoy kr pandey, urmila pandey Rita Mishra, Sheela Shukla, Suman pandey on 29.3..2012 via memo no.934/kmc/12 by the Assessor -Collector Ref. No. a/cPN)/v11/353A/11-12. We entered in to an agreement with LALTU BASAK, BIMAL SAHA, TAPAN SAHA & LAKHAN DAS to develop the said land giving position to the tenant as per Govt Rules, I k.k.Pandey also carrying a Trading In The Name of AVINASH CHEMICALS since 1994. Now I find that their name as THICKA TENANT replacing us & forcibly trying to Evict me. How does it happen a great fraud. It is you to find the actual reason. I am aged 75years Old Head of the Family as My two brothers & one sister expired. A Power 0f Attorney
was provided to me by my Brothers & Sisters To deal any matters regarding the said property. My file No. is 14/215/1226 with the Thika office at kankurgachi office.
