Murugan — Reliance communication cheated me by giving bill without service

Dear Sir I am using reliance datacard for the past one year. now datacard is not working and customer service in reliance said problem is in datacard. So they ask me to change the datacard. so i give request termination for that number. But after giving termination, a reliance person name: Raja; Mobile no:[protected] told that they will give new datacard within two days and dont terminate the service as you are the existing customer. finally he himself activated my datacard to lower plan and not at all responded to my call. Bill generated for me but no one responded to my phone call. He not only disturbed me mentally but also wasted my money. so please take necessary action. I am having billing details and everything. But Just now i come to know about your replies in this valuable consumer complaints

But one thing, you all know that your team still cheating me for the same data card, so please take necessary action

Still they dont terminate my data card and ask me to pay the money for not using anything. My number is always
in active but i dont know why you are asking another number and you said in reply that your team takes good action . I will explain the good action taken by your team

1. They ask me to pay final pending payment of rs 1200 and they said they terminate their self without my involvement.- I paid

2. They ask me to purchase new data card - so i purchased . i will tell you the number of my new data card here

3. Now they again ask me to pay the old data card number i.e [protected].

i tell you one thing sir/madam. why you reliance people making money on others emergency . and the people working in reliance not giving line to termination department, and even though if we scold and ask them to transfer the line, .(really i am telling you the truth, i dont know what they are doing but no one respond me even though i am waiting for 30 minutes by keeping my phone on my ear, .)

so if some outstanding amount came to our data card again they ask us to pay the amount first and then are telling that they will transfer the call. is this any idea you are fallowing to get money to theft the amount from the customer.
