Murugan — Reliance data card - cheated me from jan to till now | |||||
I already registered compliant here but still its not resolved by your team replied me that reliance resolved my complaints. Still they dont terminate my data card and ask me to pay the money for not using anything. My number is always in active but i dont know why you are asking another number and you said in reply that your team takes good action . I will explain the good action taken by your team 1. They ask me to pay final pending payment of rs 1200 and they said they terminate their self without my involvement.- I paid 2. They ask me to purchase new data card - so i purchased . i will tell you the number of my new data card here [protected]. 3. Now they again ask me to pay the old data card number i.e [protected]. i tell you one thing sir/madam. why you reliance people making money on others emergency . and the people working in reliance not giving line to termination department, and even though if we scold and ask them to transfer the line, .(really i am telling you the truth, i dont know what they are doing but no one respond me even though i am waiting for 30 minutes by keeping my phone on my ear, .) so if some outstanding amount came to our data card again they ask us to pay the amount first and then are telling that they will transfer the call. is this any idea you are fallowing to get money to theft the amount from the customer.
