I had opted for visa services of musafir.com and have paid for the entire visa amount which is to be for processing.
Today, i just got a call from their representative, saying there is problem in the photos of my wife and kid and i will have to pay inr 250/- more in additional to what i have already paid for services, just for your representative to come and re-collect the photos again.
Does this even look reasonable from the customer's perspective that he has already paid for services and now on top of it that you demanding inr 250/-.
Also, the representative who just called me seem to be easy going and even had the courtesy to tell me saying, i am are free to complain to whoever i want and do whatever i want nothing can be done. This pathetic response is not at all appreciated.
