I had made a purchase of 5 international air tickets from ixe-dmm travelling on 25th of may 2015 and returning on 14th june 2015 amounting to 169000 odd rupees with the booking reference "m-jqcg".Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to cancel my trip and i asked for a cancellation.While initiating the cancellation the executives tried to fool around me by quoting huge sum of penalty, when i confronted them with the airlines policy they agreed upon my claims. Just to initiate the cancellation i had to take up so much pain.As per their refund policy the refund will be initiated within a maximum period of 15 days.In my case it took past a month.I had to waste so much of time just to call the support center right from the 15th day after initiating the cancellation.Each and every time one or the other executives used to receive the calls and give vague reasons."you're refund is in process"...This is the common lines i used to get in the form of replies.There is no communication in emails.No response to emails.After 25 days they refunded a part amount keeping a certain balance.Again for that balance amount of 5000 rs. I had to struggle with the support executives for another 11 days and still i haven't received the total refund yet.
