Mxicoders — Incomplete project

I hire this company to complete two phases of work, they completed neither. They took my money, refused to seo the price comparison page they designed even though it was part of the scope, refused to install a header and footer on the healthcare services detail page and refused to test the platform. Ultimately i now have to hire another company to resolve the bugs in their work and complete the tasks they were supposed to do. This is a disgrace...
