I have placed an order - 997963 and it was supposed to be delivered but they haven’t.
The number provided in the website is not working and there’s no way to contact those people.
I want my money back as they haven’t delivered it....

They made me pay extra charges for same day delivery and also surge charges. There is no changes in the order status. Phone number is not reachable and neither is their email address...

They have not delivered my product till date, and I can't even connect to their company. Phone number is not connecting, no mail replies. They just took money and made their customers helpless....

998629 is my order id ..and online payment is also done sucessfully, , and there is no way of tracking orders, ...This not the way you service gave to the customers..are you really true vendor or fulling peoples by playing with emotions......

They haven’t responded to any of the calls and not delivered the thing ordered! See that’s so wrong for ruining someone’s day...

Ordered flowers but still not received. They are cheating . Company needs to be shut down and taken action against them ....

Hello sir, i have ordered gift from this site on 12 th feb 2022 around 2pm and my ordered id is 993493.
these company is not delivering product to customer and without delivering these guy’s is saying that product is delivered. Many people are complaining about same on company twitter handle, kindly look into this and take strict action.

My order for valentines day is not yet delivered. But My flower tree team has been committed to deliver it by 2:00PM but it is 5:06PM now. But still my order is not delivered....

I had ordered a cake on 13.02.3022 vide no 995205 which was to be delivered on 13.02.22 but till now i.e 14.02.22 02.15 pm has not been delivered . I am very sorry to say that l have been trying to call at [protected] but no one is picking up the phone. My experience is very poor and will think twice before ordering again. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE....

My order is supposed to be delivered before 12pm today but it still says in progress. 994176 is the order id. Can you please update quickly. This is highly important and urgent...

A order for valentines Day for 11.50 pm on 13/2/22.but till now I didn't get the gift order no 996540...

Very pleasant cake and fresh flowers that I wished for. I sent them to my boyfriend in Hyderabad and these were delivered right on the timebhdhdd....

The devliery was in the specific time range and communication was very clear and effective at myflowertree. Will defintely order again for my parents once the occasion comes....

It was expected to deliver at 10 feb between 9 am to 9 pm...
But it didnt delivered...customer care executive assured me, it will deluvered on time...but it is not.....

I, vikas sharma ordered a cake with order number 986736 on 08th feb 22. The order i received is completely different from the image of the order shown in the website. On the website was image the love u cake but which is delivered has no such thing written in it and is very simple and cheap tahn shown in the image. And also this cake all totally was breakable at the time of delivery, when i received cake it was breakable. So now i want either...

I have ordered two products from this company that costing is 4600 bucks. I had paid extra money also for fastest delivery so that order can be received at 7pm on 10th Feb. 2022 but till 10'o clock, nothing is delivered then I file a complaint. Please respond and resolve....

Costumer care executive told me that delivery will be in noon...when i called them in evening one executive teased me by saying that madam aapka order misplaced ho gya ab humari complaint mat karna...
Again i called they told me my order will be delivered on time...
