My Refund — nykaa not refunding the payment

I want to complaint about my issue that i placed a order on nykaa on 29.11.2019 for 3358 from upi hdfc account and order failed because of issue on app. I have sent my bank statement 4 times showing the payment deduction sent to nykaa’s bank qccount but they are not agreeing to this and give a different answer every time. They do not reply to emails, dms on insta and on call they do not aswer properly and even do not give a escalation poc. Nykaa support is worst and its been 7-8 days now so i want my refund back
