[Resolved]  My Refund — refund of double transaction

Dear sir/i have done transaction to book ticket on 2/04/18 at 6.15 pm by yatra.com.
Transaction done but ticket was not booked (11284), then again i have done transaction at 7.15pm around transaction done ticket booked[protected]
Yatra booking reference number).
I had talk with yatra customer care he said we will give this money within 6 working day (On 29th april.3.38pm) but no such mail received not money please do the needful.
