I have lodged complaint 4 times through help centre but every time they close the incident stating that the logistic team has confirmed that the product has been delivered. Do they have any proof? No but they do have call records of the delivery agent which they can get.

I have ordered puma shoe, I have observed that it was first copy then I have raise a return request for the same, but without any valid reason It was kept on hold then I have contacted with customer care they said that you will get a email from us but still after 3 days I didn't get any response.

There was a issue about my bag which I ordered from myntra and when I received it I got defective product. An when I have given for exchange then the product which the delivery man was given it was teared and very dirty and old bag .
