I placed order on 15th April. It was suppose to get delivered in 7 days. I have been communicating with customer service since 5 days in row. But i never got any correct confirmation on my order status. Everytime they had new story to tell.
I have now placed a request to cancel and refund the money. I am sure that is going to be a long fought process.
