i have ordered a pair of shoes from online shopping website " MyShopBazaar.com" before a week.I have ordered a pair of Banish VRB125 black Men's Casual shoes. I gave my office address which is in coimbatore for shipping delivery as my native is near Madurai which is far away from coimbatore. I received the courier today (19/8/13) 2:40 pm. from INDIA post n Signed the slip and did let the courier boy to go. AS i was bit busy with my work i couldnt open the parcel. After some mins i opened the box. In that there was no shoes.Only two magazines were packed for balancing the weight. My Order details are Order No:[protected]. Customer care num:[protected].

I have ordered Kareena pink black bollywood replicka saree get style home ks - 04, and they hv got a msg from company msb/14-15/1003556, n they promised me they they will deliver in 2-4 days but 7 days are gone, as it was cash on delivery i told them to inform the date n time bcz i m a student n not always at home . so unproffesional behaviour ...n after seeing this type of reviews .o my gosh!!!

We have received this complaint from the customer. After receiving the complaint within 5 minutes we had already contacted the customer and discussed the whole matter written on the complaint.

It was clearly explained the above said customer that, he has taken the delivery from the postal department after payment of the product and signed the delivery note that he received the product in good condition and paid the amount. We told him that, even if it is a false complain, as a valued customer, we believe that he is telling the truth and accordingly we raised the complain in postal department explaining the whole matter with cc to the customer. Again we talked to the customer on 20th and got confirmation that, he has received our mail and he is happy with our immediate action.

Further, we have given assurance to the customer that, we are a reputed company in India and our system is so strong that, this type of fraud in products can never be happened. We are despatching products every day all over India through EPP, First Flight, Professional, DTDC, Quantium. We have never received such type of complain that there is no product . Though we receive normal complains like size problems only which we resolve with our system for exchange.

After discussions of the matter seriously with the above customer, he tried to put this complain to defame our company. Now we feel that, this customer is trying to make false complain against the company intentionally. We also feel that our packet of Shoe is weighing 0.600 kg and how two magazines will be the same weight.Though the postal department is making inquiry on our complain, we are surprised to see this complain on the net. We are explaining everything in this comment because, others should not be misguided by this after thought and false complain.

We are also enclosing herewith the scanned copy of the proof of delivery of Postal Department for information of all.

Further we also request all our customers who has purchased from our company myshopbazzar.com any product, please put a comment on the receipt of your purchased product from us with your order no ref.

I have attached photos of the entire parcel. The two magazines found in that are not for sale. I have checked he weight of the entire parcel. It showed nearly 900 gms. but the printed weight was 600gms. its a kind of Subscribed magazine. for getting that there are some formalities and Procedures. Also it is mostly available in Delhi. and im in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I've given many complaints against this, but no response. Without any further Investigation they are mentioning that i'm giving a false complaint which defame their concern. So actually i'm not getting any positive response from "MyShopBazzar.com" personals. also they r telling that i'm making false complaint. So what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna give complaint against them legally in consumer court.

I have ordered Everready batter charger from myshopbazzar. The product was in stock. My order number is[protected] on 21st August 2013. The experience is so bad that I have lost all my patience calling them repeatedly. When I placed the order(placing the order is also so painful here), I got the order confirmation within 1 minute in email(No sms). After that I waited for 2 days expecting some sms about the courier details because order was still showing "In Process". When I called the customer care executive almost 2-3 times, they said it will be delivered soon. I asked them repeatedly about the courier details, but then they gave me the mobile number of Mr. Vikram who is senior executive there. He told me that product is out of stock now, you have to wait or place another order in place of that. Hearing this I lost my temper and explained him that if you go to shop for TV and shopkeeper is telling that TV is not available and you have to buy the refrigerator now. How will you react? Then he told me to wait for one day and if its not available then I will refund your amount. I warned him if its not delivered, I will add the complaint in consumer-complaint website. He requested me not to do so.I even agreed that as a good customer, lets wait for some 2-3 days. Then after 2 days, I again call him. He told me that product is delivered and it will be shipped to you within 3-4 working days. I requested him to give me courier details. But he told me that I will tell you tomorrow. Another day I called him, he blocked my number. So I called again the customer care number and told that Mr. Vikram has blocked my number. Then Mr Vikram called me on my number and told me that product will be delivered within 4-5 working days. But till now, no message about courier details. It has been almost 10 days now and status is still showing "In Process". Surely I can call MyShopBazzar cheaters/fraud. They have to learn some professionalism from Flipkart, Indiatimes, Rediff. My questions are
1. If the product was out of stock, then why they did not they show "This product is out of stock".
2. Why are not they sending me the courier details even after 10 days.
3. When I sent SMS to Vikram, he replied that "I will refund your money today". This proves that they were totally cheating me.

This is the experience I got...All the best for other customers.

Its 6th September today and still I did not get the product. I am repeatedly calling the customer care executives, senior members Vikram, Kisan Sahuji. All are giving false statements. They are saying that they have sent the product through Bluedart courier, (someone said First Flight) but courier service was not available in our area. Can you imagine, this is possible in a city like Nagpur where every courier service is available.When I asked about the docket number, they are replying me we will give you today. When I am calling them, they are replying me that they will call back within 10 minutes and never call me. Currently no one is picking up the phone. Now I have decided that I will file a complant against them in consumer court.I have attached screenshot of my order which is still showing Processing.

I have ordered a shoe of Banish Leather Men's Shoes Teak - 39003 . Order no:[protected]. But i have received the shoes of Banish Leather Men's Shoes Teak - 39009. I have ordered shoes with lace but I have received the shoes without lace. I have placed order On date - 19th sep, 2013 and I have received my order on 26th Sep, 2013. I have returned to the corporate address of myshopbazzar.com at nodia on 3rd Oct, 2013. They have received the order on 5th Oct, 2013 but till date they have not send my order placed or money back to me. If I call to customer care then they will tell reply that they have send . Next day I call and asked I have not received any mail from you then they replied that sorry sir we will send today. On next I call again to them then they replied we will send Money back to you, you can check your Account details after 4 to 5 business days. IT IS A VERY ***WORST WEBSITE****.

MyShopBazzar — fraud by shipping the books in shoes box

I have ordered Lee cooper shoes from my shop bazar on 3 rd Jan 2014, I received the delivery on 10 Jan, when it is opened I found two books of Agriculture related, printed in New Delhi. I called them, and sent the photos of the consignment. No answer from them . It is fake company, they fooled me for INR 2500/-

I had ordered 2 T shirts order number MSB/14-15/1001343 on 17th May. I was told on the same date that shipment has been done but till date I have not received it. Today when I called up, I got a reply that they don't have stock and it wont be delivered for next 2 days.

To get the reply I had to call them more than times and they have DUMBO handling calls who were giving wrong information's. As it was COD I told them don't send me the consignment as It is not going to b use for me as I will be out of Town for a function for which I had ordered it.

Hello i just ordered a oleva Ladies croco leather clutch from myshopbazzar on 16 october 2014 and i received the package on saturday 2:20 pm as i was busy i opened the package on sunday noon and found that there was no clutch instead there were 3 watches of rico sordi .the invoice on the package too said about a clutch so i was not at all worried but after opening the package the scenario was a whole lot different ...pls help me my order no is MSB/14-15/00002762.

I ordered Levis Jean two set on October 21, 2014 cash on Delivery. Order ID:MSB/14-15/1005745. I got a call from courier person on November 1ts 2014 that he waiting to delivery the item, but i was not in home, i asked my parents to pay and get the Parcel.
Once i reached the home, i just opened the parcel and found only one jean is placed and the invoice bill is mentioned as 2 Pieces and also weight of the package wrongly mentioned as 0.12 KGs. Note that one jean parcel itself covers the weight of 0.73 KGS.

I raised a complaint that day itself (November 1st) but till now they are not accepting my request. They asking me simply what is the proof which makes me very much irritating, i just told them that the pacel is fitted to only one jean, you just send me an executive and check if two jean can insert in that parcel then i will accept iam the fraud.
If you not insert two jean in that parcel you just refund my amount by getting this parcel. Moreover issue happens in their end and they have to identify where the mistake happens, till now they not accept my request.

Now almost 10 days went after raising the complaint.

Dear Friends aware of such sites, don't do net banking on such sites. If Required, Book on cash on delivery but make sure you should check the item before paying the amount to courier person. Don't pay and get the Item without confirming properly.

I asked courier person (Blue Dart) about this, he told me simply raise a complaint to MYSHOPBazzar Customer care. I raised a complaint till now no solution i received.

MYSHOPBazzar fraud me Rs 1500. So please aware of such sites
I did the purchase on SNAPDEAL, MYNTRA, AMAZON, FLIPKART, JABONG all these sites are genuine but this myshopbazzar is worst site which i never seen, not taking any initiation after my complaint.

Myshopbazzar.com is a fake site. I have ordered a suit from myshopbazzar.com. As i was busy in my office so i just took my order and paid for the product. When i asked the delivery boy to let me open my product, he denied for it. So i just took it and gave him the amt of Rs.1828.00. When i have opened the product, it was a saree. And now its being 10days, m chasing them(Customer care of myshopbazzar.com) but nobody is bothering to reply me for the statuts of my product..and now when i am asking them for refund, they are saying that i'll have to walk up to their warehouse to give their product back and then only i can get my money. And they have no manners, how to deal with a customer. As if their executives are illitrate. Please do not buy anything from this site, else you will screwing your mind and they will not be responding on your queries.
