[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Naaptol Replacement ( warranty) useless | |||
bought a spice stellar pad mi-1010 from Naaptol. My order ID is 6171808. Once I bought the pad with in 2 week there was problem in the display. I am contacted the service center and they took 24 days for replacement. they changed the new display. After a week tablets not turned on. There is a problem with the battery. I am sent to Naaptol and they have been changed the battery. While returning the product they have missed out the headset. I am made a complaint for the same still I am not received my head set yet. After 2 days of the battery replacement Front camera has stopped working. Went to service center again they took 21 days to replace the camera. From the replaced camera it works for 2 days only again its not working, there was a back light issue and in the white back ground image I found that there is a color difference in the display. Now calculate the date which I have used my tablet!!! I send the product back for replacement but your team again send back with me and they are telling that it's got damaged. When i send through Blue Dart courier there is no physical damage. but you people are telling that its got damaged. Naaptol service people only broked my Tablet display I have proof for that. and I am suggested my friend's and family members to never buy any product in Naaptol.
