PRODUCT CODE;12427625 The above PHONE was delivered at SURAT-GUJARAT at below mentioned address: JAYKAR ENGREJI / MRS.DEVI ENGREJI 206, RAGHE KRISHNA APARTMENT BEHIND PRESIDENCY SCHOOL RANDER ROAD. SURAT-GUJARAT-359009. Mobile -[protected] / [protected] / [protected] Kindly be informed that above Mobile phone was made delivered on Date;[protected] afternoon and received by my Sister in law Mrs Devi Jaykar Engreji. Soon after 2 days all of sudden RING stopped buzzing and started only on VIBRATING ..they tried and checked all the option in case ring has been turned on silent mode by any mistake..but it was not the case..ring is not working or buzzing in this new phone..!!! I being a person who ordered over the phone [protected] I feel disturbed and guilty for such a deal, and very much upset.
