[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Received Damaged Product from Naaptol.com | |||
I have order (order no:[protected] portable room heater from naaptol.com but the product which I have received from them are faulty and damaged. One packaged contain 2 products, from which internal hardware totally broken and for other body is broken. I have launched a complaint (complaint no: 8412557) to return the product for same Naaptol provided blue dart telephone number[protected]/[protected] but both numbers are not working. One[protected]is switched off and other[protected] is ringing but no-one answering the call. Sometime the call has been disconnected from other end for number[protected]. When called on blue dart customer care, they have informed me that blue dart has closed these kind of service.
