I have order (order no:[protected] portable room heater from naaptol.com but the product which I have received from them are faulty and damaged. One packaged contain 2 products, from which internal hardware totally broken and for other body is broken. I have launched a complaint (complaint no: 8412557) to return the product for same Naaptol provided blue dart telephone number[protected]/[protected] but both numbers are not working. One[protected]is switched off and other[protected] is ringing but no-one answering the call. Sometime the call has been disconnected from other end for number[protected]. When called on blue dart customer care, they have informed me that blue dart has closed these kind of service. Naaptol not responding, and not giving any confirmation that when my product is replaced or return the money RECEIVED FALUTY AND DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL.COM
