This is kavitha, I had purchased a Datawind Tablet through Naaptol, they gave advertisement that if we purchase the product we will get Internet offer from Reliance but it is not working, even though I Have complained for 2 times there is no proper response form them. I bought Data Wind Tablet from Naaptol and it was defective and not working Properly.
They gave false advertisement regarding, battery back up, battery is draining fast with in 20-30 min.
They mentioned Reliance is giving Internet offer for one year but it is not working
Camera quality where they will show in the advertisement it is not there. It is of worst quality
So i called up thee naaptol customer care and requested for return of my money. Instead thee executive suggested for replacement. I was informed that If the replaced product is also defective then it's the company's policy to return the money.
They mentioned free pick up from the door step, in case if we are returning the product but now they are telling they don't give the refund.
They are least bothered to take the compliant
Day by day it's becoming headache for us. I request you, sir, kindly don't trouble the customers by handing such defective products and take days to correct your mistake. Don't make us to feel that we purchased from a wrong place. Request you, at least now to return my money
