Nagar Nigam — 3 innocent dogs were abducted

I am Chhavi Saboo, resident of Eldeco Estate One, Panipat. I want to tell that there was a complaint filed that dogs are biting the children playing, but that was a false petition. No such case was there, the dogs were only roaming around while the children were playing. The complaint was from another street but the dog catching van abducted 3 innocent dogs from another street on 27 May, 2022 without even listening to whatever's happening. And I want to bring attention to the fact that, “ As per Indian law, street dogs cannot be beaten, killed or driven away or displaced or dislocated, they can only be sterilized in the manner envisaged in the The Animal Birth Control (Dogs) Rules, 2001 enacted under the Indian Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960 (A Central Act), vaccinated, and then returned back.” So in that case I want the 3 of the dogs back to their respective places their homes as they too had their little puppies over here who are scared and starving.
